K-12 School Projects
Following the lead of colleges and universities, K-12 school districts across the country are implementing marketplace-style servery cafeterias that are more efficient, more cost-effective and more appealing. According to the School Nutrition Association, about 95 percent of U.S. schools participate in the National School Lunch Program, which provides free or low-cost lunches to more than 30 million children daily. In order to meet the current Dietary Guidelines for Americans requirements for lunches, today's schools must implement equipment that is geared toward healthier food preparation.
